Dead On Arrival Policy- Please provide a Clear Video of unopen bag(s)  within 2 hours from arrival time. All DOA Fish will be fully refunded or replaced no questions asked. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded, if you decide to have fish replaced you will need to pay shipping cost. We will not be responsible for any delays, missed delivery, or damage caused by carrier. Please make sure you understand this policy before purchasing any items. Once purchase is made you agree to these terms and all sales are final.
