Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

At Global Exoticquatics, we stand behind the health of our fish and want you to shop with confidence.

If any fish arrives deceased, please provide a clear video of the unopened bag(s) within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time. All verified DOA fish will be eligible for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

Shipping Protection & Carrier Issues

We stand behind your purchase and will cover damages and delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your shipment is delayed or arrives damaged due to the carrier, you must notify Global Exoticquatics within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time to be eligible for shipping protection.

Please contact us promptly and provide any requested photos or videos, along with relevant packaging and shipping information, so we can review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Our goal is to ensure you can purchase from Global Exoticquatics with confidence, knowing we are committed to standing behind your order.

If you choose replacement fish instead of a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the replacement shipment.
